New album in the works!
Back in the Studio!
This autumn, we hit the studio to record our first full-length original album since 2017 — and let me tell you, it’s been one hell of a ride. This time around, we’re teaming up with producer James Everhart and engineer Josh Friedman of the Philly-based band Cosmic Guilt , working out of Josh’s Hi5 Recording studio. We’ve just wrapped up tracking thirteen songs, and now the project is moving into the mixing stage.
If you’ve been to any of our recent shows, you’ve probably heard a few of these tracks live — like “Boxcar”, “Fact Is”, and “Am I High?” — alongside soon-to-be classics like “Last Summer”, Pat Kane’s “Gypsy Song”, and our potential title track, “Amsterdam.”
We’ve also been incredibly lucky to have some serious talent join us in the studio. Shoutout to: Joe Trainor on keys, Harmonica Pete Cogan on harp, Alan Yandziak on sax, Jordan Leitner on accordion, and Hannah Taylor, Ali Wadsworth, and C. Bradley Jacobs on some absolutely killer vocal harmonies.
